Steps to start an inspection:

  1. Sign in to the web platform.
  2. Access the ‘Checklist‘ through either the left-hand menu or the dashboard. Initiate the inspection by selecting “Start” on the right side of the checklist.
  3. Alternatively, you can initiate a checklist from a Job.
  4. Review the checklist details and descriptions before commencing the inspection.
  5. Track progress using the Table of Contents/Progress Tracker, which provides an overview of pages, sections, questions, and the count of answered questions.
  6. Mandatory/Required questions are highlighted, indicating their specific section placement.
  7. Inspect by answering questions in any sequence, allowing navigation within pages and sections.
  8. Upon completing the inspection, click “Complete Inspection.”

Note:

  • Inspection can only be carried out by a user if the checklist is specifically assigned to that user. By default, the creator of the checklist is automatically assigned to it.
  • Scan to begin checklist is possible only if inspection is undertaken through Mobile/Tablet or Smart Assisted Reality Device.
