A Dashboard is a centralized, real-time interface that provides Site Managers with key insights and critical system data. It consolidates information such as job progress, asset status, workforce performance, safety metrics, and operational alerts into a single, easy-to-navigate view. This empowers site managers to monitor daily operations, identify issues promptly, and make informed decisions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety across the site.
Job Analytics #
At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a Job Summary with real-time metrics focused on your assigned sites:
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| To-do | Number of jobs currently pending action. |
| Urgent Jobs | High-priority tasks that require immediate attention. |
| Actions | Jobs that need your input or next steps. |
| Overdue | Jobs that have passed their due date and need quick follow-up. |
| Completed | Jobs that are fully completed and require no further action. |
Below the summary, you’ll find a detailed table showing individual job information:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Job Name | The title or name of the job/task. |
| Job ID | A unique identifier assigned to each job. |
| Assigned To | The person or team responsible for completing the job. |
| Priority | Indicates how urgent or important the job is (e.g., Low, Medium, High). |
| Due Date | The deadline by which the job should be completed. |
Asset Analysis #
The Assets Dashboard gives a snapshot of all assets under your assigned sites. It helps track performance, detect issues, and plan maintenance effectively.
These top-level indicators show the current distribution of asset statuses:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Online | Assets that are currently active and operational. |
| Offline Planned | Assets that are temporarily offline due to scheduled work. |
| Offline Unplanned | Assets that have unexpectedly gone offline. |
| Do Not Track | Assets that are excluded from monitoring. |
The Asset Table displays key details for each asset, including Asset Name, Site, Status, and Updated By. It gives a quick overview of where each asset is located, its current state, and who last made changes.
The dashboard also includes filters to help you quickly find assets. You can filter by Name, Criticality, Site, and Asset Type to narrow down and manage assets efficiently.
The Asset Health Graph depends on the data shown in the table and visually represents the weekly status trends of those assets. It helps identify patterns in performance, downtime, or maintenance.
Status Trend Analysis shows the weekly health trends of the displayed assets. If no data is available for the selected assets, it will show “Nothing to display for asset analysis.”
User Efficiency #
The User Efficiency section provides performance insights for team members working under your sites. It shows the Efficiency (%), along with counts of tasks that are Pending, In Progress, Paused, and Done. This helps track individual performance and workload distribution across the team.
The User Efficiency dashboard includes filters to help narrow down user data. You can filter by Name or choose from All Users, and further refine by Assign To, User Groups, Departments, or User Roles. These filters make it easy to analyze efficiency across specific teams or roles.
Dueness #
This section evaluates how well users adhere to task deadlines. It shows the number of tasks with Time Set, Time Not Set, Completed on Time, Not Completed on Time, and the overall Efficiency (%). This helps evaluate time management and task completion performance for each user.
The Dueness section includes filters to help you focus on specific users or teams. You can filter by Name, choose from All Users, and refine the view using Assign To, User Groups, Departments, or User Roles. These filters make it easy to analyze task timeliness and efficiency across different roles or departments.
Playlist #
This section displays video playlists related to your assigned site(s), including counts for Total, Published, Draft, and Shared with Me. Each playlist shows the Name, Created By, and Status (e.g., Published). If no playlists are available in a category like “Most Viewed,” it will show “Nothing to display.”
To refine the view, you can use filters such as Name, My Playlists, Assign To, Created By, Tags, Status, and User Groups. These filters help quickly locate specific playlists based on ownership, visibility, or classification.
Screen #
The Screens section helps monitor digital screens installed at your site(s), showing counts for Total Screens, Live, Deactivated, and Offline. If there are no screens available, both the Screens list and Status Overview will display “Nothing to display.” This section helps monitor screen activity and operational status at a glance.
