Once an inspection is completed, a Site Manager can be assigned as a Reviewer or Approver. The checklist must be reviewed and approved before the final report is generated.
Steps to review / approve:
- Open the completed checklist.
- Tap on Assign Reviewer/Approver.
- Select the Site Manager as Reviewer, Approver, or both.
- Site Manager reviews the checklist and makes necessary comments or changes.
- Once satisfied, they click Submit.
- After submission, the final report is generated and available for export.
