As a Site Manager, you have full control to manage SOPs within your site.

4.2.1 Edit SOP #

Update instructions, media, or step structure.

Steps:

  1. Click beside the SOP name.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Make necessary updates.
  4. Click Save or Publish.

4.2.2 Duplicate SOP #

Create a reusable copy of an SOP for similar tasks.

Steps:

  1. Click next to the SOP title.
  2. Choose Duplicate.
  3. A copy appears (e.g., Copy of SOP Name).

4.2.3 Delete SOP #

Remove outdated SOPs from the system.

Steps:

  1. Click next to the SOP.
  2. Select Delete.
  3. Confirm the action.
