- Sign in to the web platform.
- Navigate to ‘Library’ in the left-hand menu at the bottom.
- Click on ‘Library.’
- The default section will open, displaying a + Create Folder. Clicking on that will open a window to create a folder name and tag it for better organization and search.
- To assign the folder according to your , click on the three dots next to the folder. This action will open the options to edit, delete and assign.
- A modal window will appear, to manage access to individuals and groups
- Once assigned the users/group will have access to the folder and its content.
Note: Multiple Tags can be added to a folder.
