Question Formats help standardize data collection across checklists. As a Site Manager, you can reuse structured field sets (e.g., Title, Input, Remarks) to maintain consistency and reduce manual effort.
Each format includes:
- Total number of fields
- Creator information
- Last updated date
Steps to Create a Question Format:
- Log in to the web app.
- Navigate to ‘Question Formats’ in the left-hand menu within Checklist.
- Click on ‘+ Create’ located at the top right.
- Enter a Format Name (e.g., Tool Inspection Format).
- Enter a Field Name (e.g., Condition, Remarks).
- Toggle Required if the field must be filled.
- Enter a Placeholder (guiding text inside the input box).
- Click Add Question and define the expected Answer.
- Click Save.
