Typically, these users do not have the application installed on their devices and may join the session through a web browser or a temporary access link.

Guest users are often external parties, vendors, or subject matter experts who are invited for specific discussions or collaborations, necessitating their presence for that instance only. They contribute to the meeting without being permanent members or regular users of the platform.

Guest users can be invited either before the call or during an ongoing call.
