This section guides you through the steps of creating a SOP via the web interface.

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel web page.
  2. Select “SOP” from the menu on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on “+ Create SOP” in the upper-right corner of the SOP section.
  4. This action redirects you to the SOP creation editor page.
  5. Complete SOP Details:
  6. Add Sections using + Add Section.
  7. Inside each section, click + Add Step to:
    • Add a Step Title and Instructional Text
    • Insert Images or Videos (optional)
    • Choose an Answer Type (e.g., Short Text, Dropdown, Date & Time, etc.)
  8. Click Save or Publish when finished.
