As a Site Manager, you can edit, track, or update any asset at your site.
Asset Overview Tabs:
- Overview – General information (site, vendor, description, etc.)
- Knowledge Base – Link relevant SOPs, documents, or manuals
- Maintenance – View maintenance logs and upcoming schedules
- Status & Reliability – View condition, uptime, and usage metrics
- Sub Assets – View/manage related sub-components
- Logs – See every action taken on the asset for full traceability
Asset Statuses Explained
| Status | Meaning |
| Draft | Asset saved but not yet published or tracked |
| Offline | Asset is temporarily deactivated |
| Do not track | Asset exists but is excluded from tracking/reporting |
| Active | Asset is live, in use, and being monitored |
