# View and Manage Assets

Click any asset from the list to open its **detail panel**.

As a Site Manager, you can **edit, track, or update** any asset at your site.

**Asset Overview Tabs:**

- **Overview** – General information (site, vendor, description, etc.)
- **Knowledge Base** – Link relevant SOPs, documents, or manuals
- **Maintenance** – View maintenance logs and upcoming schedules
- **Status & Reliability** – View condition, uptime, and usage metrics
- **Sub Assets** – View/manage related sub-components
- **Logs** – See every action taken on the asset for full traceability

**Asset Statuses Explained**

| Status | Meaning |
| --- | --- |
| Draft | Asset saved but not yet published or tracked |
| Offline | Asset is temporarily deactivated |
| Do not track | Asset exists but is excluded from tracking/reporting |
| Active | Asset is live, in use, and being monitored |
