Question Formats help standardize data collection across checklists. As a Site Manager, you can reuse structured field sets (e.g., Title, Input, Remarks) to maintain consistency and reduce manual effort.

Each format includes:

  • Total number of fields
  • Creator information
  • Last updated date

Steps to Create a Question Format:

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. Navigate to ‘Question Formats’ in the left-hand menu within Checklist.
  3. Click on ‘+ Create’ located at the top right.
  4. Enter a Format Name (e.g., Tool Inspection Format).
  5. Enter a Field Name (e.g., Condition, Remarks).
  6. Toggle Required if the field must be filled.
  7. Enter a Placeholder (guiding text inside the input box).
  8. Click Add Question and define the expected Answer.
  9. Click Save.
