The chat is available both during live calls and as a standalone communication tool, giving experts the flexibility to support users even outside active sessions.
When multiple participants are engaged in a call, the chat automatically transitions into a group chat, allowing all participants to engage in real-time discussions and share relevant documents.
It’s important to note that guest users can actively participate in chat discussions. However, they won’t have access to the chat records post the call.
