Only the host of the call has access to the ‘Active Session’ feature. This feature is available via web and mobile. This feature allows the host to reconnect to the same session ID and resume a call. Active sessions remain available for a duration of 30 minutes.
This capability is particularly advantageous for hosts who may need to attend to multiple calls concurrently, enabling them to place a call on standby, participate in another session, and then seamlessly return to the previous session within the designated timeframe.
