The Schedule feature lets you plan a session in advance by selecting the time, date, and participants. This is ideal for audits, training sessions, onboarding meetings, or remote walkthroughs that need coordination and preparation.

Once scheduled, participants will receive an invite with session details, and the session will appear in the Upcoming Sessions list until it goes live.
