Administrators have the ability to manage user rights with the provision to assign additional administrative privileges to create user roles that better suit the organization’s requirements.

Permission access can be modified for the following types of users:

Site Manager Rights #

A Site Manager is a user who is mapped to a specific site. Regardless of whether a checklist is mapped to the Site Manager or not, all checklists/inspections undertaken within a particular site will be associated with this user.

When creating a site manager, you can assign sub-admin rights by selecting “Master Admin Rights (All)” or individually selecting additional admin rights to be assigned.

Additional rights could include checklists, SOPs, and libraries. This way, a site manager can create a checklist, SOP, and update the library.

Regular User/App User Rights #

Standard end-users interact with the workflow management system to complete tasks assigned to them that are relevant to their roles. In addition, additional admin rights like creating alike list, SOP and library can be given to an individual user.

Note:

  • Additional admin rights given to any type of user will be visible in the user’s profile.
  • Users with any admin rights can only edit/delete their checklists, SOPs, or library content.
  • Any rights given by the master admin can be edited or revoked at any time by an admin using the same process.
  • Site assignment to general users and site managers can be done at the time of user creation as well.
