Settings is the control center where you manage system configurations like categories, user roles, permissions, sites, departments, asset types, and notifications. It helps customize and organize how users interact with SOPs, assets, and reports across the platform.
Multiple Choice #
Predefined multiple-choice answer sets are maintained by Admins and used across SOP steps, forms, and inspections.
Site Managers do not have access to manage multiple-choice settings. They can only see and use predefined options when assigned to a form or SOP by an Admin.
Dropdown #
Dropdown fields provide standardized value lists for forms, SOPs, and asset fields.
Site Managers cannot manage dropdowns. They can only use predefined dropdown options made available to them in SOPs or forms.
Categories #
Site Managers can view and use categories created by Admins but cannot create, edit, or delete them.
Subcategories #
Site Managers can access predefined subcategories but have no permissions to manage them.
Tags #
Site Managers may use tags added by Admins but cannot add, change, or remove tags.
Site Management #
Site Managers can manage only their assigned site and view users/assets within it. They cannot create or delete sites.
Asset Type #
Site Managers can select from existing asset types created by Admins but cannot manage them.
Department #
Site Managers can view department assignments but cannot add, modify, or delete departments.
Position #
Site Managers can see user positions but cannot manage position titles or details.
Logs #
Site Managers can view logs only related to their site and records created by Admins. Global log access is restricted.
