Once an inspection is completed, a Site Manager can be assigned as a Reviewer or Approver. The checklist must be reviewed and approved before the final report is generated.

Steps to review / approve:

  1. Open the completed checklist.
  2. Tap on Assign Reviewer/Approver.
  3. Select the Site Manager as Reviewer, Approver, or both.
  4. Site Manager reviews the checklist and makes necessary comments or changes.
  5. Once satisfied, they click Submit.
  6. After submission, the final report is generated and available for export.
