Steps Creating a Job Schedule #

  1. Sign in to the web platform.
  2. From the left-hand menu, select Jobs.
  3. Open the respective job and click + How Very Often.
  4. Choose the frequency of the job: Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, or One-Off Inspection.
  5. Set the Start Date & Time and End Date & Time to define the inspection window.
    • If the inspection is not completed within this time frame, it will appear in the Due Schedule.
  6. Once all details are entered, click Save Job.
