Plutomen ARMS is an XR enabled Self Assistance & Remote Collaboration Platform empowering the Enterprises & it’s MRO & Field Service team to remotely troubleshoot, inspect, maintain and get on the job training.

Plutomen is a startup formed in Nov 2016, and is backed by JioGenNext, Nasscom CoE, and GUSEC. We provide AR & VR solutions to Enterprise.

What we Require

  • Good understanding of sales and end to end account management process
  • Good presentation skills
  • Solution-Selling experience is a big plus
  • Good in assessing the needs of the clients
  • Sales/ Account Management experience in XR industry or in start-ups is a plus.
  • And most importantly, you should be fun to work with.

What We Expect

  • 4-5 years’ sales/business development experience ideally with the SaaS or XR technology Company or a Start-up
  • Proven experience working with medium and large organizations and in particular C-level executives in technology companies.
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end account management/sales process
  • Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to assess client requirements
  • Previous experience in Solution Selling is an added bonus
  • Map potential clients and schedule meetings with them
  • Have Proven experience in dealing with C-level executives in the technology companies.
  • Plan weekly sales cycle and meet prospective clients on a daily basis
  • Prepare client and market mapping reports for his business segment
  • Responsible for timely invoicing and collection of payment from the clients
  • Media Tracking to generate prospects
  • Prepare sales and sales related reports including daily call reports, weekly reports, sales projection report, monthly sales plan etc
  • Plan and budget revenue generation for the week and month
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients in his/her portfolio and churn more business from the listed accounts
