- Establish clear client retention goals
- Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
- Promote the value of the product
- Upsell services and products with the brand image
- Promote value through improving customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
- Develop and manage client portfolios.
- Minimize customer churn
- Aid in product design and product development
- Post graduate degree in Sales or Marketing Management or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Support or similar role
- Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
- Willingness to travel
- Self-driven and proactive nature
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
- Willing to work of Customer Time Zone
