Key responsibilities:
Establish clear client retention goals
Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
Promote the value of the product
Upsell services and products with the brand image
Promote value through improving customer experience
Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Develop and manage client portfolios.
Minimize customer churn
Aid in product design and product development
Qualifications
Post graduate degree in Sales or Marketing Management or relevant field
Work experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Support or similar role
Other requirements:
Good interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation
Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients.
Willingness to travel
Self-driven and proactive nature
Demonstrate leadership qualities
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Willing to work of Customer Time Zone
