# SOP

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) help ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across tasks. As a **Site Manager**, you can **create, view, assign, and manage SOPs** relevant to your site and team. You also have access to SOPs assigned by the admin, which you can further assign to your users for proper execution and tracking.

The **SOP Dashboard** gives you a snapshot of all SOPs, showing their names, categories, versions, creators, assigned users, creation/update dates, and current status (Published or Unpublished). You can use this to quickly manage SOPs at your site.
