# Manage Access

Control who at your site can **view**, **edit**, or **publish** the SOP.

**Steps:**

1. Click **⋯** next to the SOP title.
2. Select **Manage Access**.
3. Assign to specific **Users** or **Groups**.
4. Save changes.
