# Join a Session

The Join feature allows participants to connect to a live session using a unique 9-digit session ID. This option is useful when the session is already active and the host has shared the ID via message, email, or verbally. It’s a quick way for users, including technicians, supervisors, or external guests, to join a remote session without needing a prior invite link.
