# How to Share/Email Report Link 

1. Log in to the web platform.
2. Go to '**Reports**' from either the left-hand menu or the dashboard.
3. Select the inspection report you wish to share.
4. Click on the '**View'** option represented by three dots on the right side of the report.
5. Click on **'Share'** at the top right.
6. Enter the email ID of the person you want to share the report with and click **'Send'** once done.

Note:

The shared report link includes report setting options, allowing the recipient to customize and alter the view of the report as per their preferences
