# How to Export /Download Report as pdf 

1. Select "Reports" from the menu on the left-hand side or the job within which the activity was performed.
2. Choose the **completed inspection** report you want to download from the job
3. Click on "View" from the three-dot options on the right.
4. On the view page, click on "Download" at the top right next to "Share."
5. Clicking on this will open an option to select the format of the report (PDF or Excel).
6. Once the PDF is selected, the report will be downloaded as a PDF.
