# How to Export /Download Report as Excel 

1. Select "Reports" from the menu on the left-hand side.
2. Choose the inspection report you want to download.
3. Click on "View" from the three-dot options on the right.
4. On the view page, click on "Download" at the top right next to "Share."
5. Clicking on this will open an option to select the format of the report (PDF or Excel).
6. Once Excel is selected, the report will be downloaded as a PDF.
