# Filtering Files in the Library

As your library grows, using the **Filter** option helps you locate files quickly, without having to scroll through all folders.

### Filtering Files in the Library

You can filter files based on:

- Owner: Who uploaded or created the file
- Tags: Use labels to categorize files based on equipment
- File Type: Choose between PDFs, images, Excel, etc..
- Date: Locate files by start or end date
