# Filter Users

Use filters to narrow down the user list.

1. Click the **filter icon** beside the search bar
2. In the **Apply Filter** popup, select from the following options:

| **Field** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| **Department** | Filter users by selected department |
| **Position** | Choose a specific position |
| **Role** | Filter by Admin or User role |
| **Created By** | Filter users created by a specific admin/user |

1. Click **Apply** to activate the filter
2. Click **Clear** to reset all filters
