The Create Session option enables experts to instantly start a live support session. With a single click, the system generates a unique session ID and activates the expert’s camera, allowing them to immediately begin engaging with participants.

**Key Highlights:**

- A session ID is created automatically.
- The expert can share the ID with participants in multiple ways:
  Plain text (to be copied and entered manually),
  A clickable link (for direct one-click access).
