# Chat

Within Plutomen Connect, users have access to a versatile chat feature that facilitates seamless communication and document exchange. This feature is available both within calls and as a standalone option, providing users with flexibility in their communication channels.

When multiple participants are engaged in a call, the chat automatically transitions into a group chat, allowing all participants to engage in real-time discussions and share relevant documents.

It's important to note that **guest users can actively participate in chat discussions. However, they won't have access to the chat records post the call.**
