# Additional Actions for Site Managers

### **Duplicate Asset**

Quickly clone an existing asset for faster setup of similar assets.

### **Import Assets**

Upload multiple assets at once using supported formats (CSV, Excel). Ideal for bulk registrations during setup or audits.

### **Export Assets**

Download a list of assets from your site for offline analysis, sharing, or reporting.

### **Delete Asset**

Remove obsolete or incorrect assets from your site.

### **Edit Asset**

Modify any detail of an existing asset, including:

- Title
- Type
- Criticality
- Vendor info
- Status
- Sub asset linkage

### **Manage Access**

Control who can **view**, **edit**, or **assign** the asset.

**Steps:**

1. Open the asset.
2. Click **Manage Access**.
3. Assign roles to users or groups at your site.
