# Actions in Question Formats

### **Edit Question Formats**

Modify existing formats to update field names, structure, or rules.

**Steps:**

1. Click **Edit Question Format**.
2. Make changes to **Format Name**, **Fields**, **Placeholders**, etc.
3. Click **Save** to apply updates.

### **Duplicate Question Formats**

Use an existing format as a base to create a new one.

**Steps:**

1. Click the **⋮ (three-dot icon)** next to the format.
2. Select **Duplicate Format**.
3. Rename and modify the duplicated format.
4. Click **Save**.

### **Delete Question Formats**

Remove formats that are no longer in use.

**Steps:**

1. Click the **⋮ (three-dot icon)**.
2. Select **Delete Format**.
3. Confirm to permanently delete the format.
