NASSCOM Center of Excellence is one of the most prominent enterprises in India setup by the Prime Minister of India to give a boost to startups and businesses in the domain of Internet of Things. Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic scenario NASSCOM approached us to develop a virtual platform for their Smart Manufacturing Competency Center (SMCC).
Plutomen developed the Virtual Platform where the major focus is on the Virtual Exhibition category. The Virtual Exhibition comprised of a Reception area, a Stage area and multiple exhibitor booths (small, medium and large).
The Virtual Exhibition was developed such that it can be accessed from any browser where the user can view all the assets such as the reception area, stage area, exhibitor’s booth in 3D format. Branding was done with the help of the digital screens, and banners present near the reception area and exhibitor’s booth.
The user was given access to exhibitor specific information respective to booth including chat and video call option along with an option to view their products and solution in text and video format. The user was provided with access to the keynote sessions, webinars and product launch at the stage area.
The admin (NASSCOM) was facilitated to provide analytics such as the total number of visitors, active exhibitors, and more, including the control on assets uploaded by exhibitors.
Plutomen had successfully delivered the virtual platform to NASSCOM COE along with regular updates and support. It has helped them by bringing in more attendees to the platform with a new experience. The virtual events and exhibitions make it attractive to the exhibitors as they will not have to travel and make minimal arrangements. Start-ups have come forward to take advantage of the virtual exhibition to showcase their products and solutions to the attendees due to the low cost and substantial ROI factors of the platform.
